First time trying to open wild raw cashew nuts. 😝 🫣 😇

Most industrially processed nuts are not raw. They are usually steamed or roasted to make them easier to process with machinery (you know what they say: "time is money"). 🙃️

We were thrilled to find raw cashews on the side of the road. They are not easy to open and contain a toxic oil in the skin, so it is not the most trivial thing (although perfectly possible) to open them, dry them in the sun and enjoy them in their unaltered raw state. 😋️
