Grounding

I started to practice bale aisle walking (walking on the balls of the feet instead of on the heels) again as we all do when walking barefoot. It is said to automatically adjust for a good pelvic posture (which will help with my hernia). 😊

When walking on concrete, I still like to wear a pair of Vibram Fivefingers though to protect my #babyfeet. 🤭😜
