Mónica's raw vegan Cappelletti
My lovely wife Mónica recently created these unbelievably delicious cappellettis made from zuchini, powdered psyllium seed husks, coconut flower and cashews (for the dough), champignons and wallnuts (for the filling) and cashews, lemon juice, tomatoes and dates (for the sauces). All 100% raw, 100% vegan and 100% handmade. ✨🧚🏽🌟
